Phew!
I had just started to change my eating habits with Weight Watchers and wanted to incorporate this with the cardio I get with my elliptical. It certainly helped to jump start my weight loss! This is a really tough workout at first and some results are noticeable very soon when you are consistent with it. Beware how it can affect your knees though, there is plenty of jumping in this dvd. Just remember to stretch them out and warm them up before you start a workout and keep good form. Otherwise, it works great to help you accomplish nice results! 2008-10-30




I love it
I JUST bought this DVD last week...today was my 7th day using it. Let me tell you...this is working! I am not really looking to lose a lot of weight. I really just want to be in better shape. It's taken 5 months to find the "right" routine for me. This is it! I LOVE it! I can feel myself getting stronger, I have much more stamina (after 7 days!!!), and the work out FEELS good! I love it! Tommorrow----I'm moving up to level 2 and I am EXCITED 2008-10-28




WOW!! what a workout!
All I have to say is "wow"! I have been doing arobics for years. In the last 6 months, I've done the zumba workouts. Compared to those, this is intense! I was sketical how much could a 20 minute workout do because I usually do about an hour of zumba, but now, I am a believer. I could barely do a level 1 workout without stopping! I am impressed. I ususally feel the soreness after a new routine the next morning but I really felt the burn during the workout! Within the first 5 minutes, you feel it. Love it!
I started using this DVD about 6 weeks ago to add some variety into my exercise routine. The first time I used the DVD (I tried Work Out 1) I was exhausted, and my legs, tush and stomach were sore for two days after. Jillian's work out found muscles I hadn't been working on my own, which was exactly what I wanted. Now I do two work outs back-to-back four times a week and feel energized after. My muscles are much more toned (not bulky), and I feel much stronger. Because each work out shows different intensities, this is a great work out for a new or seasoned exerciser. 2008-10-26
