Kick butt workout
I am an avid workout (3-4) times a week, walking, treadmill, pilates, yoga, sculpt. this video is very challenging and really targeted some muscles that i have not had worked in some time :). Jillian is very results driven, and if you want results, each level poses a challenge and with a proper diet you will see and "FEEL' the burn. Get this DVD!!! 2008-11-03




Quick Results with this one!!
This is without doubt the best workout DVD I have bought so far. I have bought quiet a few different ones and have never been completely satisfied with any of the workouts till I bought the `30 Day Shred'. It is fantastic. Each work out segment takes only 20 minutes and you don't do the same move for more than 30seconds at a time so you seem to get through the workout so much quicker. I have used the DVD only four times and have noticed results already. I could hardly walk the next day after the first time I did one of the workouts, however after the second and third time it so much easier and you just feel fantastic and so much healthier in yourself.
If you're looking for a quick, hard workout and want results quickly, get the '30 Day Shred'.

Great workouts
I love this workout dvd. I use it every other day and have seen a difference in my muscle tone and weight. I also do cardio on my other days. 2008-10-31




Not for the faint of heart
I've tried PLENTY of workout videos over the years with good results on each video. THIS workout dvd was totally different. I find that the older I get, the less I like working out for hours. Anything beyond 30-minutes, and I'm done. But with these 3 workouts only being 20-minutes each, I thought it would be a breeze. NOT!!! LOL These are the HARDEST 20-minutes I've ever exercised. At one point, Jillian says, "I want you to feel like you're about to DIE." And I was thinking, "ORDER UP 'cause I'm about to lose both lungs!!!" LOL Simply put, this is an extremely effective workout that I've told at least 20 people to go out and buy. Thanks, Jillian. 2008-10-31




Returning to the "gym" as a new mommy
I am not a gym rat. In fact, I hate having to lock myself inside a building of unfamiliarity and/or "sharing" of equipment. After having my first baby 7 months ago I have been looking for something that is short in time (do during baby nap) but intense enough that I'm "feeling" it work. This DVD hits it on the nail. Some reviewers stated it's for the more experienced and I couldn't agree LESS! I haven't been to a "gym" or work out class in over year because of complications and Jillian offers alternative positions and even admits in the workout that if we (at home) need to take a break do but not more than 5 seconds...that's just enough to catch my breath and continue with the work out. It's as if she were in my living room because as soon as I hit the point of "oh my, I'm going to die, I cannot go on!" she says somethign to the fact that if you're feeling that way that means it's working so keep it up! I love that, it feels one on one...and that was only Level one. The fact that I can use this to build myself back up to a more experienced exerciser all in one DVD instead of having to buy three is wonderful!! I highly recommend this to anyone trying to "get back into the swing of things" 2008-10-30
