Lost 5lbs in 7 days doing this DVD 5 Times!
I've lost 5lbs so far after doing this DVD only 5 times in 7 days! I started doing the first Level for 4 days. I got stronger quickly so I advanced to Level 2 the 5 time. I have to say I like the moves on Level 1 better. Level 2's moves are a bit more awkward. I'm sure they will get easier once I get stronger though. Be prepared to be super sore the first time ever doing this. I worked out with weights and resistants bands prior to this dvd but I was still really sore. It helped to put a different workout in between the days I was sore and then get right back into the next day! She is really encouraging throughout the dvd which kept me going on some parts I wanted to die! If you do this dvd with the intensity she wants you to for the full 20 minutes you will be sweating like crazy! I also liked that she had two girls behind her doing different levels. There was some moves I just couldn't do yet on level 2 so it was nice to see what my option was by looking at the less advanced moves. I definitely recommend this DVD! 2008-10-01




Great Workout
Workout is amazing, level 1 is great for beginners or just stand alone, You will need a pair of 3-4lb weights and a mat if you are working out on a hard surface. (I didn't know this when I bought it and didn't see that info anywhere here on amazon.)
Level 2 is much harder, and 3 is even more difficult. I can't wait to try out Jillian's upcoming WiiFit game release.

in 30 days, you WILL be shredded!
i own many workout dvds and this one is a new fav. jilian gives you a total body workout, combining aerobic and strength training, in about 20 minutes. in many of the moves you work two muscle groups at once, thus adding to its effectiveness. i would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, yet i found level 1 to be quite challenging (it also help me discover what parts of my body were weak and needed attention). i have no doubt that as i advance through all the levels, i will be shredded...i've only done the first workout a few times and i'm already seeing results. 2008-09-29




Great Workout!
I'm only in the first of the three levels of this video and it's such a terrific workout for only being 22 minutes long. I really feel as if I've accomplished something when I'm finished. It's only been a week and I'm already noticing positive changes in my body. I love to work out hard and I know this video will keep pushing me to the next level. I'm so glad I found this video!! 2008-09-29




Not for slackers
I tend to be a bit of a slacker sometimes when working out. This video is great for the days that I want a short full body work out because it includes every muscle. However, because it is a short full body work out it's very intense. But that's what it takes to see results in such a short work out. 2008-09-28
