Back in the early 80's Louise Hay's work..transformed my life...when I need to remember the basics I listen..to her mediation tape every morning..and it gets me back on track....

I can't say enough about this DVD. The background of the lady going through the process of changing her life by changing her thoughts is great, very realistic. I like that it shows what "real" people think about doing these exercises for the first time.

The extra interviews on the number 2 DVD are absolutely awesome. They helped me to understand the theories so much better. Understanding the theory helps me to apply the techniques more honestly and effectively. I'm one of those people that needs some science to go with my faith.

I applaud Louise Hay and all of the contributors that were involved with this production. I went through many, many emotions while watching the DVD's. They hit the nail on the head with the explanations of how to apply the techniques. They are a great complement to the Secret. Good work! I highly recommend this DVD set to anyone interested in improving their life from the inside out.

Louise Hay is a very gracious lady who has spent her life reaching out to help others to heal through loving themselves, first and foremost. Many books are being written about the law of attraction, being a magnet for good things to come into your life, etc. Louise starts at the basic foundation of this by helping to show you how to establish the fundamental first laws of allowing any of the others to work - loving oneself and forgiving, the basic keys to open any door to begin to allow the good you want to attract into your life. She has put together a wonderful movie, and beautifully done. The extended version includes some of the best and in-depth interviews by some of today's greatest minds, who also communicate in their individual ways to guide us in the re-membering of who and what we truly are - part of the divine. The extended version is well worth the extra cost. I found this entire movie and interviews very inspirational.

Great DVD. I would also suggest reading the book you can heal your life as well. Just as good as the DVD.
