HIP HOP ABS Package - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn, Secrets to Flat Abs

Since I love taking hip-hop classes at the gym, I ordered this thinking that I would totally enjoy it. The first time I did it, I thought that maybe I was doing it wrong because I didn't really feel anything- no soreness at all. I did it for several more days and still, nothing. Doubting my experience, I watched the instruction video again, and then tried it again for a week- still little to no soreness. To be honest, after a couple of days I also found Shaun T to be increasingly annoying. This was definitely not the workout video series for me.

I have become quite serious about the way my weight has changed my looks..When I dress now I look for camoflauge outfits...with that said I have invested in alot of DVDs and workout machines...I bought this on Ebay (because I am a smarter consumer) I suggest you look for alternative places to purchase this. I started the program and found it to be fun and easy to follow and no floor work which is a plus! My goal is 10 lbs and a feeling of being fit which i have lost in the last 6 years. Im in this too early to share a big result but hope to get past the 6 week part and keep it going. After all it took more than 6 weeks to get this way LOL.. I say if you love dancing this is for you... just look at all those people on Dancing With The Stars...dancing really helps weight loss! Shaun T is a crack up... He reminds me of Sinbad and Will Smith...with a little Rue Paul thrown in for good measure LOL! You see that he is in great shape and has a sense of humor! Give this a try but do the exercises the right way beacause there is a chance of injury in all programs if you do not pay attention to the technique! Also eat a better diet more lean and less bad fats and Im trying not to snack after 7 pm....Good luck and I hope this helps..

This DVD is a great workout for beginners. The music is upbeat, the steps are not too difficult to follow. The DVD actually has 4 workouts on it, I've only been using 1 so far. It has a option that allows you to pump the music up louder through the DVD, which means you hear less of Shawn T's talking once you've gotten used to the workout and no longer need prompting. I don't find this particularly useful, but its there. The DVD has a bar across the bottom of the screen during the workout so that you know how much total time is left, and how much time is left in the section you're in. This is a great feature I wish other workouts had. Overall this is a pretty good workout - if you're a gym rat I think it'll be too easy for you. But if you're not, this is a great place to start.

I'm a 48 year old woman. I've been exercising seriously for the past 18 years. I've never gotten results from anything like I have from Hip Hip Abs. Those who say it doesn't work are not doing it correctly. If you engage your muscles the way Shaun T. tells you to, you will not only lose weight, you will get that 6-pack he promises. The love handles will melt away. It's true! I've lost 20 pounds I didn't even know I COULD lose. I fit into the same size jeans I wore in high school. I can eat pretty much anything I like, and if I do my Hip Hop Abs 3 or 4 days a week, I can keep it off.
Don't give up so easily on a product that will make your life better in so many ways.

I paid over 100 dollars for hip hop abs thinking it was going to be great. After getting the package i gave it a shot and its nothing great. I could have went to the library and just rented a video for free. Three of the videos are only around 25 min long and 1 of them is around 5 min long.
You could have really fit all the dvd's on one dvd they put them on 4 just so you feel that you are getting more DONT BE FOOLED. To be honest with you its not really worth all the money that you pay. Really do you need to pay all that money for his videos when you can go rent a abs video at the library for free. Im not telling you if you should or should not buy his video's im just letting you know what you are getting for all the money you are spending.---NOTHING REALLY
