Deadwood - The Complete Third Season

Be sure you have plenty of time to view this series. Like photo chips, when you view an episode can't wait for the next one. Sad the series has ended.

This series was received in a timely fashion. Have yet to have time to get into this 3rd Season. Particuliarly important since our relatives live in Deadwood, S.D. The series has lots of foul language and explicit sexual content. We definately DO NOT RECOMMEND it for for anything less than OPEN MINDED ADULT viewing.

I fell instantly in love with this series. Once you get past the cursing, you hear the incredible writting. The plot is a fast mover and I find that I can not get up and leave the room, or I will miss something. The characters are all intriquing, and I have many favorites. The writting is incredible, have I said that already, well it is worth mentioning again. I find myself writting the lines down and reviewing them after the show with my husband. The episodes are so full of information, wonderful lines, and engaging characters, that if you only watch them once, you will miss out on so much. I do not believe there is anything else out there that is anything close to the Deadwood series.

As usual with Deadwood,the third season DVD is excellent. If you've never had the golden opportunity to watch the series on HBO, you've missed the very ultimate in intelligent thought-provoking, sometimes hilarious television. The acting, writing, cinemotography are beyond compare with anything that's ever been done, or will ever be done on television. I was so upset with HBO when they so crassly pulled it early, that I cancelled my subscription with them

This is a good Western story, But has a lot of Swearing and some Nudity. I would not buy these DVD's if you get offended by hearing the F word every Five minutes.
