Denise Austin: Fit & Firm Pregnancy

I will give this dvd 4 stars because even though I think it's pretty easy to do, the important thing is that it is a safe workout for pregnant women. And there are workouts for different trimesters, so you feel safe doing it.

This is just a great DVD for the Pregnant lady's out there who want labor to be easier and that are not used to a work out program. I hardly have time to work out since I have a older baby that is still under two and I'm into my 6 month of pregnancy. This is fast and easy and it work you out very good. It doesn't seem like you doing much but your out of breath and sore at the end. Its easy to do, nothing complicated. I hope it works out great for you.

I bought this dvd used for a variation to my current exercise routine. It was a pretty good workout and I especially enjoyed the strenth training section. I workout every day and I'm sore today! I guess I got a good workout.

Great workout. I wasn't out of shape but I neglected working out the first two months of my pregnancy. So, I wanted a good workout but not anything too intense and I found this workout perfect. I love the toning section and the workout goes so fast. For the toning you will need light weights and a chair or bench. Denise Austin is very peppy and at times when I am not wanting to work out she makes me laugh just because she is so joyful about excersing.

This product is great. Easy to do yet effective. I starting using it at 33 weeks. I like that you can select which workout you want instead of doing the same one over and over.
