Deadwood Rocks!!!
Well written, gritty and excellent characters. Loved seeing Jane in a dress! Good relationships. Ian McShane is outstanding as Swerengen.

magnificent show
My husband and I don't usually keep a tv in our room, but that didn't stop us from dragging the lap top in every night until we'd watched the entire seasons (1 and 2) as fast as a whip. The downside to that is that you're left wanting the 3rd season and it's taking too long. I can't say that I am a usual fan of cursing or westerns, but this realistic flare to Deadwood captured my interest, now I'd consider myself one of the shows biggest fans. This is, by far, the best show on cable. It has created a common viewing ground for my husband and me. I can't say that I know of too many shows that can do that. Now, if I could just convince him that Reba is worth watching, we'd be sittin' in high cotton. (Ladies, if you haven't seen Reba, give it a whirl, too.)

Western with Bite
One of the best shows on TV. Can't wait for season three. Ian McShane is terrific. Nice to see Brad Dourif play a relatively normal person for once and not a mental case.

Simply The Best
After viewing season one, I didn't expect this season to be as good; boy was I wrong. David Milch is simply one of the best in the business and when you mix this cast with this plot you get magic. Yes, it is vulgar, but it is real and affects the viewer deeply.

Dad's Favoite Show
I was a hit with the Deadwood Collection, that is with my Dad. I told my sisters this would be desired over church hymnals. HA!
