William Powell & Myrna Loy - Need I say more!!!!!
The Thin Man Series is absolutely one of my favorite collections ever! I can not get enough of Nick & Nora; wish they would have made many more. 2008-04-08
Sophistaced romps.
These films are a great examples of the well written and well acted stories which were so popular in the 1930's. Every viewer wished they could live the life displayed by Nick and Nora: Beautiful people, a little risque, High living (Martinis at the drop of a hat) and unexplained help from shady characters, all in search of the solution to a dastardly crime.
There is no "message" in these films. They are pure entertainment.

William Powell and Myrna Loy are in top form. The sparkling dialogue makes the whole series memorable.
Enjoyed the time era, classy cars, stylish clothes, scenery and settings. The movies are complemented with
a great cast of supporting characters.
