Callanetics 10 Years Younger in 10 Hours - Amazon.com Exclusive

I love Callanetics and have just about worn out my VHS tape. I purchased the DVD to replace the VHS tape. I am disappointed that I cannot jump ahead to different exercises. It would have been great to have each set of exercises on a different track.

I know the exercises work! Do head the warning about your neck and knees. Go gently. Ten hours should be done over a few weeks...not in the next 10 hours!!

I am ridicuously out of shape.

These exercises really work.

This is a gentle but tough conditioning tool. 45 minutes roughly...it gets your circulation going and truly improves flexiblity...good for those with tender backs too

I picked up the tape for this in the 80s when it first came out and had enormous success with it! Although the exercises were easy I saw results and fast. My legs looked so terrific that friends were urging me to stop doing the exercises because I was really making them look bad! I really enjoyed doing these and I have really active rheumatoid arthritisand joint pain.
These helped with that, too. I lost the tape at some point in time and couldn't remember the name of it. I was very happy & excited when I found it on the web while just looking for exercise tapes. I can't wait to have it and be able to do them again!!

This program works. Without diet & doing the program 3 times a week, I dropped one pant size in less than 3 months. The program is not difficult & even though it looks easy on the video, it will make you sweat. I plan to incorporate a better diet & continue with the program to see how much better I can look in another 3 months. I've tried other programs, but this is the first that actually gave results in 3 months.
