Mary Poppins (40th Anniversary Edition)

Now that I have a young child, I wanted to make sure he grew up with the same classics I did. Mary Poppins is a timeless classic with some of the greatest songs for childhood.

Seeing this movie as an adult brought back nostalgic memories of childhood. It gave me a new lease on life while I watched it and much to look back on in my life. Like my mother's arm around me as we watched it together, my father laughing at it so hard he started choking, etc. It's a movie I'll cherish to the rest of my life and one I'll proudly show any grandchildren I get. There'll never be another Walt Disney, that's for sure!

Every child should see this movie. The songs are wonderful and fun to sing with your child.

I loved this movie as a child. Now mine loves it as well. Great movie!

My three year old boy loves this movie. What is not to love about Mary Poppins? The dancing, the singing, he loves it. I found the movie very entertaining to watch. There is also a pop up feature so you can read about interesting facts about the making of the movie, the characters, etc. That is very interesting. There are some tidbits about Walt Disney's participation. There are two DVDs and I've yet to see what is on disc 2. I highly recommend.
