Scooby Doo, Where Are You! - The Complete First and Second Seasons

my kids (ages 3) completely love scooby - but i didn't want them watching the commercials on t.v. - this dvd set was the perfect rememdy for that - the shows are back to back and super-great - the girls just LOVE them and i love remeniscing back to all the old episodes! our favorite episodes: "Foul Play in Funland" and "Scooby Doo and Mummy too!"

I love Scooby, I have since I was a kid, I even have an actual great dane that looks and is named scooby. I have been waiting to buy this until I found the right price because my family has all of the other scooby movies and we are bigger fans of the original series. If you are looking for a gift for a kid, this Scooby Doo set will be really well received. Our kids (7,6,4) will watch them as often as we will let them. Even though the animation is crude by today's standards (I was worried it wouldn't engage them), the characters and storylines seem to be timeless in their appeal.
