Roy Orbison - Black & White Night (DVD & DVD Audio)

I was very impressed by the video. Not only did Roy shine throughout the show but, he also shed a big spotlight on his guest musicians. His closing number,"Oh Pretty Woman", was a complete knockout. He let Bruce Springsteen, James Burton, Elvis Costello and all the rest have a first class jam session on this number. My family and I loved every minute of it.

Have had this DVD for years, and I never tire of watching it. Roy Orbison, the monster range velvet voice, performs his hits accompanied by giants! Springsteen, Costello, Raitt, Waits and many others play and sing with the man wearing the large sunglasses. A veritable treat. Should be in anyone's music library who fancies quality sounds and a good time. Super!!!

Excellent music video. Would recommend it to anyone who likes music. Everyone in the video looked like they were having a lot of fun and Roy Orbison still sounded great.

Outstanding review of Orbison's best songs with back-up by now well known artists. The musicians clearly are enjoying the rare evening and you feel that you are in on the jam session.
