HIP HOP ABS Package - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn, Secrets to Flat Abs

This was my 1st purchase on Amazon. My experience was wonderful. My product came packaged like it said, and it was shipped in the time frame stated. The seller sent a confirmation email and kept me informed of my shipment. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I have tried many fat burning DVDs before and never stuck with it. This I have managed to stick with because, to me, it is fun. This is something I can stick with.

I have lost a lot of weight. I cannot attribute it all to Hip Hop Abs because it is a part of a comprehensive nutrition/workout program that I have been following for about a year and a half now.

I bought this because it looked like fun. I never have been a good dancer and thought this might help a little. It has. Although I still do not claim to be a good dancer.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to do cardio and work out your abs.

Just remember without following good nutrition, this alone will not get it done.

The is a great program. It works your entire body. I have been using the Hip Hop ABS dvd for about 2 and a half months and I have lost about 20 lbs. I also have really bad knees from sports but this workout program did not cause any problems. I would recommend this program for any level workout person. GREAT!!!!!!!!!

This is a great exercise DVD for people who like to dance or just love to feel the beat while you are exercising. If you work hard, you are definitely tired at the end of the workout!

This DVD is SO MUCH FUN! I feel like I'm dancing rather than working out!
